This policy explains what data may be collected by TapToTeam and Reflet du Boucher, why it is processed, how it may be shared and how to contact us.

2. Data we may process

  • Identification and contact data such as name, email address and phone number.
  • Account data such as user ID, account settings, creation date and authentication information.
  • Usage and technical data such as login history, device information, app activity, diagnostics and security logs.
  • TapToTeam service data such as clubs, courts, reservations, matches, participants, credits, wallet balance and booking history.
  • Reflet du Boucher service data such as product selections, carts, orders, pickup details, store information and order history.
  • Payment-related data needed to process transactions, refunds, credits or receipts through payment providers.
  • Support data such as messages, attachments and information provided when contacting support.
  • Uploaded content where a feature requires it, such as profile images, club logos, store images or related media.

3. Purposes

  • Create, manage and secure user accounts.
  • Provide reservations, match organization, ordering, pickup, payment and support features.
  • Manage credits, wallet balances, payments, refunds and transaction records where applicable.
  • Send service messages related to accounts, reservations, orders, payments, security or support.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and technical incidents.
  • Maintain, debug, measure and improve the apps and associated services.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the context and the law that applies to you, we process data because it is needed to perform a contract, because you requested pre-contractual steps, because we must comply with legal obligations, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the apps, or because you gave consent where consent is required.

5. Sharing

Data may be shared only where necessary with:

  • authorized people working for or on behalf of Ibdalsen Tech;
  • clubs, venues, butchers, merchants or organizations involved in fulfilling a reservation, match, order or pickup;
  • technical providers for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, databases, analytics, email, notifications and app operations;
  • payment providers used to process payments, refunds and transaction records;
  • professional advisers, authorities, courts or regulators where required by law or to protect legal rights.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by specialized third-party providers. We do not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment operations are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of the payment provider used for the transaction.

7. Retention

Data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, reservations, orders, payments, support, security, accounting, legal compliance and dispute resolution.

Some records may be kept after account deletion where required or permitted by law, for example to prove a transaction, comply with tax or accounting rules, prevent fraud or handle a dispute.

8. Account deletion

If the app provides an account deletion feature, you may start deletion from the account or profile area. If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email address linked to the account.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. International transfers

Ibdalsen Tech is registered in the United States and may use providers located in different countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

12. Cookies and similar technologies
