TapToTeam

TapToTeam helps clubs and players manage court reservations, organize matches, track credits and access support related to sports activity.

When contacting support, include:

  • the email address used for your account
  • the club, court or match concerned
  • the date and time of the reservation
  • any payment, credit or booking reference available in the app

Butcher ordering app

Reflet du Boucher

Reflet du Boucher helps customers browse butcher products, place orders, complete payment and follow pickup or preparation details.

When contacting support, include:

  • the email address used for your account
  • the order, pickup or payment concerned
  • the store or butcher location if shown in the app
  • screenshots or details that help identify the issue

TapToTeam users may also contact support@taptoteam.app.

We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Complex payment, account or legal requests may require additional verification.

Account and data deletion

If account deletion is available inside the app, start from the account or profile area of the app. If you cannot access the app, email support from the email address linked to your account and request deletion.

Some records may be retained after deletion where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or transaction-proof purposes. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
